01953 532179 this number called. A Scouse lad took a few seconds to answer. Came on laughing. Asked if I have ever had an accident. I said yes (although I haven't) and he was too busy chatting or listening to his colleagues that he automatically replied "ok I'll delete your number" I asked, from what? He continued to advise me that it would be taken from the system and then I asked why... At this point he just continued speaking to his colleagues! What a joke. Why do people like him have a job if they can't even do it properly. I'm sure there are 100s of folk out there unemployed looking for work.
