Called the number back as was waiting for an important call and didn’t recognise the number. Got through to a recorded call tree saying ‘welcome to the Energy Advice Centre’. Googled energy advice Warrington and the only thing that came up was the gov.uk site and the number for their energy advice was an 0208 number. Blocked.
