caller claiming to be vodafone, then vodafone promotional department. When they asked me for my date of birth, without even confirming my name, suspicions were raised in my mind. Indian accent but phone number shows from wakefield

Spam call from someone saying they were from Vodafone. Sounded as though they were ringing from an Indian call centre. Blocked.

Called from Gamma Telecom saying they are "calling from Vodafone" when in fact they are just telemarketing trying to sell SIM only mobile deals. As soon as I challenged the caller that she wasn't from Vodafone she hung up. Also she was from an Indian Call Centre NOT in the UK. I work for Vodafone so I knew straight away it was NOT Vodafone.
