Called 3 times. first 2 rang off without speaking to me. 3rd time got a response. was a survey asking me about my experience with how The National Grid dealt with my recent power cut.
I didn't answer as it was flagged a Scam Call, but when I called them back there was a recorded message to say they were Explain Market Research & they were calling in respect of a survey I had recently completed.
