Claimed to be from O2 saying SIM card was about to expire. O2 always make contact by SMS. Asked to confirm email address is asked them to tell me which one they held which they would not do
I’m from EE your SIM card is about to expire
As the others reports have said. Pretending to be EE. Same spiel, they asked for my email. Which of course would be on their system
2nd call this week Indian Scam centre pretending to be from EE.
Said there was a problem with SIM card - hung up on them
claimed to be from EE to talk about an issue with my sim card and to talk about sending me a new one. I hadn't experienced any issues and have an eSIMs so this was confusing as surely EE would know that. Not sure if they were legit, but it felt off, so i hung up.
