They called about unsecured debt. They called me by my first name. By the time they had introduced themselves as a debt agency and that they were calling about some unsecured debt and then calling me by name, it was only then that he, in a strong Asian accent, maybe Indian or Pakistani , did he realise I hadn’t spoken or answered in any. When I didn’t respond he hung up. Know idea what he was talking about…..

Said they were from Aviva Life. When asked what it was about they said about my policy. I told them to put it in the post, then I hung up. They then rang back 3 times, one after the other. I never answered.
