Scammer or Spam caller. Called on a Wales based company trying to say they are from National Grid. They need to talk to the company owner because they apparently need to know how much electricity the company is using so that they can adjust how much power National Grid can provide to the company. The number is based on Sunderland and they are pretending to be National Grid in Wales. Clearly a scam/fraud caller. Just block the number.
