Keeps calling my phone. I dont speak when I answer, so they hang up! Something strange going on here!

Called to say I won a two night holiday but needed to make a small payment so I asked them to email me details as I wasn't sure what to trust but I haven't had anything from them since. Not sure it can be trusted.

Scammed me out of £84. They said I won a weekend away and took money from me when I made an account on a website they told me to go on. I was unable to take my bank details off the account.
