They just tried to call me(today approx. 8am), but didn't reply as this is unknown number. Very short call, maybe 3 signals.

Un recognised number. Tried to call it back but doesn’t accept calls being returned. I’m in Manchester, this number called me 21/11/23 at 11:06 am.

I assume scam. Call from a chap claiming to be from o2 and that he could cut my phone bills by 40% per month. Tried to transfer me to his superior to process the deal.
