Robot call offering emergency fall bracelet or pendant for free !. BUT you have to subscribe to a monitoring service for the daily cost of £1.19 or £36.20 a month IF you agree to give a positive testimonial . You can get the same from Age.UK for £24 a month if you set it up yourself. Don’t know who these people are but they are very expensive bordering on ‘rip off’. And I don’t know where they stole my contact details from as I haven’t authorised the sharing of my contact phone number.
Was claiming to be offering medical alert pendant, quite articulate for a robot, when asked if she was a real person she answered yes but was reading from a script as was new to the job🤣 Also said the business was based in Kent and called 'Medic Alert'? But this number is in Abergavenny Wales🤔
Offered to sell me a medical bracelet! Just hung up the phone on them.
Some woman called 'Jane' offering to give away a medical pendant for free. But if you wanted this really nice extra it was the price of a cup of coffee per week on top. All automated, word recognition Even understood expletives and hung up the call.
