Got call from this number this morning. Don’t know anyone from Oxford (not from that part of the country). Diverted call to voicemail but as usual no message left, so assume it’s a scam automated call. I find answering such calls just leads to an increase in hoax/scam calls so never answer numbers I don’t know. Wish international governments would try to stop these scams but no-one will.
