Called x 3 today Fed up of the number calling, I answered it. Claims I have a washing machine with a warranty that expires soon I said, no I do not. The answer I received was a very sarcastic, "what, you dont wash your clothes in a washing machine?". Great customer service!!! Rude from the start, dont expect me to speak to you now!!.. for all they know, I could live in a flat that is not allowed washing machines, or even have a medical condition where all my clothes have to be hand washed... I told them quite politely that I work in fraud, and no so politely to 'go forth and multiply '.
