It's Oxfam You can't call them back on the same number but the voicemail said to call in whenever. Unfortunately I do think they call way too often.

didn't answer but on calling back it was a recorded human voice (not AI) saying it was Oxfam thanking donors for support. The issue is I haven't sponsored Oxfam or given them my phone number so it could be a scam. when i google Oxfam, this number doesn't come up anywhere on their website so to be honest i think this is a scam.

This number appears to belong to Oxfam UK - national charity. This number does not accept incoming calls but has an automated recording saying they are Oxfam and were calling to thank donators for their sponsorship
