Rude idiot called Patrick from pioneer allegedly, huffing and puffing that I wouldnt give him the director's mobile number. I said he could email him to which he replied "you dont do business over the phone!" and then said thanks buddy and hung up

Just had this call. Same as what everyone else is saying, act friendly and ask for Directors by first name, when you start questioning them they are extremely evasive. Told me they had already "popped" over an email to the directors the other day. I said the directors would email them back then :)

Extremely rude to receptionists. You would not give your business to such people, would you? Typical hard sell.

Hard sell telephone sales company , no idea how they got my details rang on my office line & my mobile. Tom Smith (generic name) wouldn't take no for an answer, said he could save me money but using what we already have being billed for a new Hi-Hi system. Save yourself some time, block the number and hang up on him.

Laura from Pioneer just called us, asking for the MD with the usual "he'll know what it's about". I checked to cover myself then told her there was no interest. She hasn't rung back yet thankfully

Have had two calls from this number today both asking for one of our Directors by his first name in that fake jolly voice they always use. When you ask who's calling they give just a first name. In my long experience, a genuine caller says its ... from ..., they don't just say "tell him it's Emily" When I said he doesn't take cold calls, she said it's not a cold call, we've spoken previously. What these people dont understand is that I know him a lot better than they do and I know that is not true. I don't understand why a company would think anyone would want to do business with them when they are clearly lying from their very first words!

Patrick called asking for MD but not where from, advised not in office, asked for another Director, advised same. Said already spoken but did not have contact details, I said I remembered him calling before which he denied.

Called our Support number and asked for the MD by first name only. When I asked who was calling and why, they were evasive and hung up.
