Maybe telemarketing, maybe fraud. Female Indian accent, hard to understand. Took a while to speak after I answered (always dodgy - like they are calling multiple numbers at once and seeing who answers first). Then went onto mute briefly after she had first spoken. Asked if I had had any housing maintenance claims, or something like that. I told them I wasn't interested and hung up.

Answered and switched on speakerphone they hung up b4 I said anything
Pretended to be housing maintenance about a problem I'm having. Told them to F*** off and get a proper job.
Says housing maintenance. Sounds like an Asian call centre! Dodgy!
