They called twice today and didn’t leave a message
My iPhone flagged as 'suspected spam' so I decided to let go to VM. They didn't leave one. I did note it was a Torquay number and that's fairly close to me – my local council shares services with other Devon councils and some of these are delivered from Torquay, but they would have left a message and wouldn't have been flagged by Apple.
