Foreign man said he could reduce my phone bill, tried to put me through to someone else, I said I was busy and hung up as I guessed it was a scam.

Phoned midday today (20 March)...foreign voice asked if they were speaking to [me]. As soon as I asked who was calling they hung up. Obviously not legitimate...
