I had Luke call me earlier, several times I've heard the name Luke on my phone. Anyway, I thought I would listen this time and found out that it's a recorded voice, it could have been recorded by Luke, who knows… I listened carefully to the message and every time he asked a question I gave the wrong answer - apparently I qualify for loft insulation if my loft doesn't comply. The last question was what type of installation do I have, so I said paper - unfortunately I don't qualify for this free installation, good job really I could have lost a few thousand pounds.
