Just had a call from this number who said they were ringing because their records suggested I had a frozen pension plan. I asked where they got my details from and they said they had purchased them from the Opt in Datahouse (which I have tried to find on Google but cannot find). I told them they should have checked with the TPS first before ringing me to which I was told they do usually check but sometimes numbers "slip through the net". I then told them not to contact me again and hung up. I think this problem of other companies selling your details to other companies has gone so far beyond control now there really isn't any point in being registered with the TPS
