They claimed to be from Policy Protect wanting to discuss my life insurance policy and reviewing it. I couldn't tell if it was a genuine phone call or scam so I asked them to call me back and they were quite pushy asking if I just had 5 minutes to discuss this.

Called about a policy insurance, I asked them to call back and the guy got annoyed on the phone demanding me to tell them a time. I said I don't know he hung up the phone. Very rude and not the way an insurance company would speak on the phone so assuming its SPAM or something dodgy.

Apparently they're from Vitality Health insurance but I only accidentally answered it so I hanged up
