This was a company I apparently “won” second place in a competition where I could pay for credit for a short break holiday at a reduced rate. They harass me with phone calls even though I’ve told them repeatedly I don’t want the credit anymore and I will cut my losses because of the harassment. I’ve explained to them that I have cancer and they make it so hard to book because of their stipulations and my hospital routine. They want me to upgrade my package too. It’s ridiculous. I’ve basically paid £89 to be bombarded with phone calls they some times speak, sometimes don’t. The phone number changes too. I wish I could remember the name of the company
