Several calls to mobile called back on landline got a recorded message about some lottery deal that is why they called that now which they hadn't to cancel follow instructions enter no post code act didn't bother

This is Royal Institute for the Blind. Even though I have told them don't call me, they still are and they use other numbers. Number blocked, but still getting through on the same number somehow!
