Rang and said they were from ee looking to change myself to a business account.

This number called but did not leave a voicemail. They sent a text. Says they are from EON Next and want to remove my meters as, allegedly, they have "reached the end of their life". There is NOTHING wrong with my meters. In any case, EON Next (the genuine ones) will send a letter by normal mail. I have blocked this number. The real EON have my landline number. I've never given them my mobile number so I'm treating this as a scam call and text.

Said he was calling from Vodafone and was asking if I wanted to switch to a business account. I couldn't hear him properly so he said he'd call back. I'd be on guard for this one.
