He calls often and this is a new number which I've also blocked. I want him to go away and leave me alone. I find his manner threatening

Calling re Government loft insulation scheme, from the fibreglass loft insulation advisory centre in Reading, wasn’t listening to any of my answers and when I asked for the company registration number the caller hung up.
