This is a 100% safe number. It is Keir utilities ( St Austell ) who do a lot of work for various utilities across the country. If you do need to call them back as I did this morning, you get the usual press 1 for etc. but then you get through to an actual human. Their customer service is excellent. DO NOT be afraid to call them if necessary.
