Having read the comments it makes perfect sense. If you buy some kind of add on from Vodafone, they somehow find out and try to sell their product to you. NOT Vodafone.
Has phoned me twice, once yesterday and then again just now. After reading above comments, highly recommend avoiding and blocking!

Received call from this number on Friday 22 April 22 at 10.52am Now blocked number.
One a day, early morning. Hang up soon as I answer. I am wise to all the scammers and sometimes like to wind them up. In this case, I have now blocked them.
The 01709242673 called me but i do not answer numbers i don't know.
Claims to be Vodafone. They keep calling trying to sell me a contract in order to "save" me money because according to them I pay a lot. DON'T tell them you'll think about it, otherwise you'll be inviting yourself to a barrage of unsolicited calls.

Missed call from this number. As with some of the other people who have posted comments, my mobile number is known only to a few people.
3 times in 2 days. Claiming to be from Vodafone, number now blocked and reported to Vodafone.
Nuisance call asks me if I want some deal I said I’m going out and he just hung up on me. VERY RUDE people!
received a couple of calls where they ring off before I can answer probably to get me curious to call back. My number is only known by half a dozen people at most so assume on reading other comments this is a scam
