Didn't answer as it was reported as spam. This call came directly after 01697528176 was declined

Caller said they were from my phone provider, then asked if I was happy/ had any problem with my service. When i said i am happy, he then said I qualify for better money off my bills, when I said not interested caller said why it's a good deal. I then blocked and checked the number.

It came up on my phone as "Suspected Spam" so I came to see if anyone else had confirmed what it was.
