Someone with a heavy Indian accent calling himself Jacob said he was from a medical centre and confirmed my name said I qualified for a medical alert to wear round my neck. I laughed and put the phone down. I may be elderly but not stupid.

Female voice, calling to offer a 'medical alert' device. She confirmed the recipient by name then call went blank. Recipient in the over 75 category.
