Said his name was Martin Leadbetter from Review Energy claiming he was not a cold caller but has been asked by my heating supplier to establish why heating bills have increased in my area for example through working from home, covid etc and could I confirm that I am the home owner and do I have double glazing? I asked him who specifically authorised him to call me as I’m registered not to receive cold calls of any kind. He then said sorry and said he would not call again and hung up!
