Called about water and waste water provider, as the call was to London they should have known it was Thames Water. Obviously a scam.

Good morning over there my name is Jackson Gerald Paul from kakuma refugee camp, it was yesterday when you called me but I didn't respond because I was fallen asleep (I was in deep sleep) I didn't hear when phone rings. I'm sorry I beg you to call me again even if it's a night time.

I picked up a phone call from this number (1650 17/10/22). They immediately hung up as I said hello. They were blocked and I searched for the number. I am a member of the TPS so am not impressed I am being scam called
