Claims to be a survey because energy use in our area is high. But they called my mobile, so how do they know what area I'm in ? Seemed to be about energy use and consumption. Started by asking if we had double glazing. Seems to be a very good computerised system with very plausible sounding human like voice. It terminated the call the second time I asked if it was a computer. Who knows what they might do with the data ? I suspect they're gathering data for targeted marketing purposes. If you call back, they say all their lines are busy.
