Most numbers from this area do start with a 6 but more recent numbers that have been issued so begin with a 4. I live in this area and didn’t recognise the number so didn’t answer. Called it back and someone answered saying it’s the ‘Energy support hub’
didnt answer but sure a scam as i think numbers from this dialing code dont start with a 4
