01651 841561. Lady with Indian-sounding accent called and said she was from a company that I had not heard of but claimed they insured my kitchen appliances (they do not.) Claimed she could reduce my premiums but only if I paid up front now. I told her she doesn't insure me and and I wouldn't trust her to knowing she does not tell the truth.

This number rings every day never any one at the other end. Very annoying needs stopping.

No one there when I answered. Probably one of the usual crooks trying to scam people

Scammer saying my insurance was due on my home appliances - odd as this very scan was reported in Rio Off Britain this morning. Hung up.

I have Call Guardian and the caller did NOT leave a name but I did accept the call. The male caller told me that I have received a decrease in insurance on home goods and eventually stated Fridge/Freezer and Washing Machine. I kept asking for the company name and he said something generic like 'home charge' or something similar, I didn't really note the name. Then he asked for my date of birth. I replied 'no, I think that you're a scam, you've rung me you offer some proof'. By this time he ended the call.
