Left a voicemail claiming to be Vanquis and needing to speak to me urgently. I Called Vanquis via their actual number and they informed me that it was a scam, no one has attempted to contact me today and they would only call from the number I was calling back on.

Appeared to be a foreign lady asking to speak to Janeata right surname wrong first name could be bad pronunciation but was driving so hung up via steering wheel

Called claiming to be Vanquis and immediately asked for date of birth "to identify yourself to us". The caller could barely speak English and didn't read the name properly, so I hung up. Either a scammer or not skilled enough to be phoning customers.

Seems like Vanquis Credit Card operate this number legitimately but they claimed to be from Vodafone, judging by other comments it’s frequently used by scammers so if you do have Vanquis just call them back
