It's a company claiming you have had a road traffic accident. They are very rude and when you politely ask to be removed from their database they keep you on it. The next time they call you and you explain you have already received this call and it is untrue and you should have been removed from their calling list, they put the phone down on you whilst claiming you are a liar. If you wish to ring them back to complain to management, there is suddenly no one available to take your call.
