This number has just rang me from direct and general asking for £150 , once I asked her ( Samantha) a question about my account she said she would send some information out through the post and put the phone down . I had a feeling it was a scam . Horrible ppl

Don't take calls from this number they tried to take 150.00 from my bank but was stopped, they managed to get 50.00 so be careful they say they are royal home support offering you low risk insurance for items but they are actually costing you more mine went up from just over £100 00 to 150.00 so please don't deal with them I couldn't even get through on the number they gave me so I could cancel what had been set up ime so angry.
