Yeah. As above. Renew my Amazon Prime, but I do not nor never have had Amazon Prime

Keeps calling saying my amazon prime account is still active and they will be taking 39.99 from my bank account and to push 1 to talk to an advisor obviously a scam as I haven't had amazon prime for over 3 months
