Probably a scam. He said he was from SKY and were offering 40% discount on my bill. As an identification question they asked how much my previous bill was. I didn't give any information and hung up
Called but did not answer as we don't know any one in Manchester. Waited for an answer phone message but none left.
Seems very strange, you can get call from this number but when you call this number it never connects. Seems like a Scam or its checking your number if its working.
