Busy call center in background, woman answered after a 20 seconds silence. Asked for a bloke by name (not someone's name I recognised), then asked if I the blokes *Mrs!* 😂 Obviously scam, Bangladesh call center and could barely speak clear english. Blocked. These scammers use a fake UK numbers (it's easy with today's tech to fake the number you are calling from).

Something about a tax refund on PPI. I asked the company name and the same partly-incomprehensible line was repeated. Possibly spamming for an actual service reclaiming tax that shouldn't have been paid on payment protection insurance, but I'm taking it as fraud because they were clearly trying to be evasive about (at best) being a business that would be taking at least a slice of anything they recovered.

Caller said that HMRC owed me a tax refund on a PPI claim. He told me that they had all my details so I had no need to give him any personal information. I told him that he could send me the paperwork instead of using the phone and hung up.

Usual Asian female unintelligible voice. I hung up and blocked call.

Some saying I am owed PPI..that had my name and old email address said I have no mobile number and I can't access Internet so just said they would phone at another time..Not really sure who they are..TRUST NOONE.

Asked for person by name, when I said they wernt here, they hung up. I called back and robot said it was a company called Brocksdale... I was placed in a queue... I hung up!!
