Calling regarding Aviva ins. From the life review team. I said I was not talking to someone I know nothing about. She wanted to check I had the right cover and was being overcharged and to see if there are any shortfalls. Again, I am not providing personal information until Aviva write to me to say you are doing this. She got angry,”we are not playing games.” I said nor was I! She hung up saying something I could not discern properly. I’ve reported it.
