Energy advice center. Wanting to know about my loft. They hung up when I asked why they were calling a TPS number. Not the first time they have called. Though it’s from Manchester this time, and London on previous occasions. Reported to my phone provider scam help line.

They stated that they would carry out a no obligation loft inspection, mentioning that you get a free certificate confirming the damp health of your loft. If they find any damp, or insufficient insulation they will offer a quote to remedy the fault - stressing that you are under no obligation to buy anything. When I asked what governing body the “Certificate” came under and what is the name of it, I was handed over to a manager. He stated that I misheard and there is no certificate ! They call themselves Energy Advice Centre… ( lots of people talking in the background )
