Told me they were from 3 mobile, offering me a cheaper plan, She did not even know how much I was currently paying. Wanted personal details but I said if she was from 3 mobile she already had them. She did send a forgotton password email to 3,Tony to try and access my account. Person called Alizy. I could not see the point of the call.
