Calling from EE apparently my SIM stop in 3 working days due to merger of EE and BT. They want to update my profile. When I said nothing has changed to there is no need to update anything. They insisted it need updating. I then said I"I don't think this is genuine!" he started to get a bit angry, and asked why I think that!
Calling from three but wanting to know how much I pay for my bill.
