The first time they called they said I had unresolved debt they can help me with I denied that I do. I requested they confirm how they obtained my details, and they hung up. The second time they called they have now said they are calling to help with the disrepair of my home. I again asked for how they got my details, and they hung up.

I informed them that the British are aware of scammers as the bBC have televised a programme making us all aware of those trying to obtain our money

This is one of many similar number they use. As others have said, they claim to be from an investigation agency about some unsecured debts. It is all nonsense. I have told them to remove my number before. They wont though as they are not in UK despite the apparent Manchester number. I told him that I had told them to go away before, that I knew they were scammers, that I knew he was not in UK. He tried to argue but when I said that I was transferring his call to the police he swore at me and hung up!

Just called a India sounding chap asked for me by name. Said he was calling about the debts on my unsecured loans (which I don't have) I asked them to take my number off their records then they can F*** off and he can go and F*** himself. Then I hung up and have blocked the number

Said he was from an investigation agency about my outstanding debts. He spoke in pigeon English. He said he would help me. I told him to please explain who I owed money to. The guy clearly didn't even know what day it was. I told him I had no debt. He then started fishing for personal information. 100% attempted fraud.
