Number spoofing. Call originates from somewhere (I'm guessing) in Asia.

Said was calling from O2, maybe so as I am with them but I asked for an email instead as I hadn't signed up for unsolicited phone calls.

answered and heard the click of a line switching over, then silence. Called back, again heard the click of a line switching over then silence. suspect it's some sort of asian subcontinent call centre. Why do they bother?
