Someone with a heavily accented voice pretending to be from mobile phone company with a 'special offer' just another scam caller.

I have silent caller turned on, so this call goes directly to answerphone and no message is left. This would therefore be a doggie caller. The world seems to be filling up with idiots who have nothing better to do rather than pester people. They need to go get a proper job.

This number rang me a few minutes after a call from a Leeds number did. Ignored both and they rang off after 4 rings ( Googled Leeds number -scam)
