Called me, weirdly thanked me for holding immediately as the call started while introducing themselves as Vodaphone. I said this is an incoming call and they hung up. I guess they only want to talk to vulnerable people who don’t know what’s going on. Tried calling back, eventually went to an allegedly full voicemail. Pretty sure these people are scammers.

Claiming to be from O2 but couldn’t tell me my surname when I questioned her so I hung up & she called back - have since reported to O2
