Said they wanted to discuss my life insurance policy but they didn't even know my policy number and said I needed to give that to them...... I told them surely they should have that info... lady got defensive and hung up

said they were calling on behalf of my life insurance, after a few questions he got aggressive. Final straw was him asking me how much is left on my mortgage, i said i didnt feel comfortable answering over the phone so he said 'fine' and hung up.

very direct to the point of being aggressive - told him was not interested but persisted. Hung up. I had spoken to my wife about reviewing insurance policies that very morning! Coincidence? Who's listening!!

I was told they wanted to help review my life insurance which was clever as I don’t have any! I assume it’s cold calling and May or may not be an attempt at scamming.
