This company calls me several times a week about a road traffic accident they allege I had in 2014 (I never had an accident all year !). They refuse to say where their information comes from, but say they will note it on their database. They never do, and when I complain, they always say that they haven't called before. This is completely untrue as these calls have been going on for 6 months. They claim they will get compensation for me - but how could they if I haven't had an accident in the first place ?

I'm getting upward of 6 per day from this number and others. All with a manchester accent and all asking why i didnt claim for injuries for a bike accident. Because i was upstairs asleep when my neighbour knocked it over. Ironically ive had to stop typing twice to answer calls from them

kept getting unsolicited calls from this number. now when calling back, automated message says it's an incorrect number and no longer in use. I was involved in a minor not at fault accident a while ago, which strikes familiar with all of the other people this is happening to. the question is how do they get your number and know about the minor accident in the first place???

Yes I've been involved in an accident but my insurance company are dealing with it, but after many attempts to tell them that they still persist in ringing me day in day out.

Have recieved multiple calls, now pressing ignore. but they are leaving voicemails telling me to f***ing answer my phone.

These people keep harrassing me since my minor accident a year ago. I have had to change my phone. They should be locked up in jail.

I got called from this number they had the details of my accident and asked me to make a claim for discomfort - when i told them i had none the operative put his manager on, after a little questioning i said i will call my own insurance co to make any claim he became abusive and cut me off.

Yup, same as the others. They called a few weeks ago and said they were calling about an accident I'd had 2 years before, all sorted out insurance wise, so I told them to **** off (I'm not fazed by random scam callers). They must have got a response from the other person involved in my accident as my own insurers called a week later and said he was claiming he'd been injured. I told them about the call I had had. Anyway, same number just called again, I didn't pick up, and have noted the number as "scam insurance" so I know not to bother picking up again. My own kosher insurance company are sorting out the fake claim from the other chap in my accident.

Had several pesterings from this number regarding a minor accident i had seven months ago?! I wasnt injured, not in the slightest, so didn't feel the need to make a claim at the time. A guy called Adam rang me from this number giving me the full spiel and i was astonished as he knew full details of the accident even though i never claimed on my insurance. I fobbed him off with 'email me details' and he hasn't.. very vague on their own details n dodgy as hell in my opinion.

They've been calling me a few times a day. It might be to do with a personsl injury accident claim I am not eligible for. Frustratingly, they have now decided to hang up everytime I answer! It's now become a prank call.

I have been having the same problem with a company calling themselves the Traffic Advisory Service. This is the third number they have used - happily they only have my mobile number so I add all these numbers to my anti-nuisance app which blocks them & any private callers (which is the other way they call) If this is happening on your mobile try using an app to filter them out. It has really helped take the stress out of the situation.

I got a call from this number a few days ago asking about an accident I had a several months ago. I had had some problems after it but had decided not to make a claim. They said they would send out documents, however I decided that it was too long ago to make a claim so trid to call them back to tell them not to go ahead. However the number isn't recognised when calling it

I too have been receiving calls from this company who claim to be called Direct Response. I had a minor accident in which I wasnlt hurt, and I an not prepared to lie about it either. I spoke to Jack who claims to be the comaany owner. I asked for their registered company address which he refused to give me so I asked for the compalaints department. Upon transfer I was advised that their registred address is 151 suckyourbum.com. From a previous conversation on 29.4.15 I had a record of Jack's mobile number 07784171175. I called him straight back but he seemed to have no recolection of the conversation we had. I'm reporting this to the Information Commissioner's office.

As others. There needs to be away to report them and have them heavily fined.

Same as other callers - constant (2-3 times per day) calls about an accident in a car I dont own which I didnt have. Am thinking about changing my number as a consequence.
