Said he was from Octopus about a billing matter but wouldn't give more information unless he spoke to the home owner who is a frail lady with poor memory. Assumed it was a scam.

Phone went dead when answered. Have had several calls from this number in the last couple of weeks saying they are Opus, and they aren't. Now blocked.
